Shipping and Delivery

Important: Deliveries in the Event of a Canada Post Strike

During Canada Post strike, we are working with alternative carriers to ensure continued deliveries. However, delivery delays may occur outside major urban centers, and certain remote areas (Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut) may temporarily be inaccessible. Express and Priority services are suspended during this period. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Kerastase.ca ships to Canadian addresses only. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received by 8:00 am EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 8:00 am EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Packages do not require a signature upon delivery.

Standard Shipping Charges

Expedited Parcel

$10.95 shipping cost if the order is less than $60 before tax. Above $60 your order qualifies for free shipping. Delivery between 2 to 5 days after the order date depending on geographic location.

Xpress Post

$14.95 shipping cost regardless of $ amount of order. Delivery between 1 to 4 days after the order date depending on geographic location.

Priority Courier

$24.95 shipping cost regardless of $ amount of order. Delivery between 1 day to 2 days after the order date depending on geographic location.

Restricted Products

Please note that due to Air Safety regulations, we cannot ship orders containing Hazardous Materials (sprays-alcohol) through the express or priority service. Orders containing hazardous materials will be shipped through Expedited Parcel service. Take note that some remote areas can only be delivered by air. For these regions we will unfortunately be unable to ship orders containing Hazardous Materials (sprays-alcohol).

Free Shipping

Kérastase is pleased to offer free standard shipping to all Kérastase customers for orders totaling $60 or more.

International Orders

We regret that we do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

Shipping Confirmation

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. Multiple Ship to Addresses

Currently, kerastase.ca does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.
