Shipping and Delivery

Orders Placed For/During The Holidays

While some exceptions related to order preparation and delivery may have an influence on delays, duly take note of the following information regarding orders placed in December and early January. 

Our distribution center will be closed from December 27th do January 7th for the Holiday season as well as our annual inventory update. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that any order placed after December 26th will ship before this closure. Orders that did not ship before the closure of our distribution center will be handled as soon as our operations resume on January 8th in the order in which they have been received. 

To make sure you receive your order in time for the Holidays, please take notice of the following reference table that take preparation, pick-up and delivery delays in consideration based on your region:

It is therefore possible that any order placed after the referenced date, but before the closure of our distribution center, will be shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive it before December 24th. 

Our consumer care teams will not be able to cancel orders, this is the reason why we have added disclaimers in our website headers and upon opening your cart before check-out.

Shipping Methods and Rates ships via Canada Post to Canadian addresses only. Canada Post does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received by 8:00 am EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 8:00 am EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Packages do not require a signature upon delivery.

Standard Shipping Charges

Canada Post - Expedited Parcel

$10.95 shipping cost if the order is less than $75 before tax. Above $75 your order qualifies for free shipping. Delivery between 2 to 5 days after the order date depending on geographic location.

Canada Post - Xpress Post

$14.95 shipping cost regardless of $ amount of order. Delivery between 1 to 4 days after the order date depending on geographic location.

Canada Post - Priority Courier

$24.95 shipping cost regardless of $ amount of order. Delivery between 1 day to 2 days after the order date depending on geographic location.

Restricted Products

Please note that due to Air Safety regulations, we cannot ship orders containing Hazardous Materials (sprays-alcohol) through the express or priority service. Orders containing hazardous materials will be shipped through Expedited Parcel service. Take note that some remote areas can only be delivered by air. For these regions we will unfortunately be unable to ship orders containing Hazardous Materials (sprays-alcohol).

Free Shipping

Kérastase is pleased to offer free standard shipping to My Kérastase members for orders totaling $75 or more.

International Orders

We regret that we do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

Shipping Confirmation

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. Multiple Ship to Addresses

Currently, does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.
