Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pricey and smelly but good shampoo I really like this shampoo but it smells like bad men's cologne, cheap and bad, similar to axe. so be aware that is what you will be smelling each time you wash your hair. I have incredibly fine hair (like baby fine) my hairdresser recommended this in hopes to strengthen it a bit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Silky hair but scent is way too strong So I have mixed feelings about this product. I used it for the first time today an my hair is soft and silky but the scent is so strong that I want to run away from myself. It's like I'm wearing perfume today and smell like a field of strong flowers. To the point where I'm not sure I'm going to use this product again. Please tone down the scent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best shampoo for fine, dry hair This is amazing. A very, very small amount of product is required to work up a luxurious lather. Once it's rinsed out, your hair will feel smooth - no tangles, no dryness. It does seem weird at first to use a conditioner and then shampoo, but this really does work. Your hair will feel and look transformed after the very first time you use the Therapiste Soin Premiere pre-conditioner and balm shampoo. Although, I really wouldn't label it as a balm. It's just a creamy shampoo. You won't regret spending the money. If you only buy one conditioner and shampoo, buy this one. I then follow with Elixir Ultime Creme Fine leave in styling cream. The scent isn't as heavy as some of the other Kerastase products and dissipates quickly. Overall, totally satisfied with this combo for my fine, dry, colored hair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You will not be disappointed This balm-in-shampoo is fantastic when paired with the SOIN PREMIER THÉRAPISTE conditioner. It's true (as per the other review) that the shampoo has a 'balm' like consistency, but that's not a bad thing. Given my ultra fine hair, I find that I only have to use a little bit of this product the get the job done! Which is fantastic as a bottle has lasted me four months, using every day on my shoulder length hair. Almost from the first usage, I noticed an immediate change in the texture to my hair; when rinsing out this product you already feel the density in your hair which is a great feeling when you have fine hair. Aside from the conditioner, I only have to use one other product (mousse or root lifter) to see great results - and by that I mean full, voluminous hair that have bounce lasting the whole day. Worth the try if you're sitting on the fence.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT RESULTS For the past few years i have been working my way through many Kerastase products, to try to restore texture and body to my aging hair - I received a sample of the Therapiste Serum - I could see a definite improvement - I decided to try the Bain Therapiste, and the Soin Premier - I was skeptical as to what results would be I had settled into the Densifique line - I felt the hyaluronic + gluco peptides contained in the Densifique line were beneficial to my hair - After the first usage of the Therapiste line, there was noticeable improvement , in texture, softness, and shine

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product is too thick I found this product to be very thick, and hard to spread a regular quantity across the entire scalp. I know it is a balm, and it is supposed to have this consistency, but when I purchased it is a Shampoo, I wasn't expecting it to be so difficult to work in.

The Bain Thérapiste is a shampoo with a unique jellified texture that repairs the hair fiber when shampooing it.
FOR WHO? For very damaged and over-processed hair (erosion level 3-4). For fine, medium and thick hair.
WHAT DOES IT DO ? • Envelops the fiber during the washing and reduce frictions. • Each fiber is revitalized, shiny.

Rub the product between the fingers and emulsify well to feel the transformation. Apply first to the ends and then to the lengths and roots to get a feel for the fiber and determine which areas are the most damaged. Rinse.

For a deeper ritual:

Before applying the shampoo Bain Thérapiste, use the Soin Premier Thérapiste which plays the role of a smart starter. Formulated to bind the hair in the manner of a protective gauze, it works upstream to infuse the fiber with softness so it is protected during the rest of the cleansing routine.
